B.B. Umesha is a self made 2nd generation entrepreneur who started his career with less than Ten Lakh Rupees and today he is executing projects worth over nine crores Rupees. His first investment was earned through his school and college savings, part time businesses.

He started his career in 2001 with a financial agency and experimented with diverse businesses before finally Founded S.M.L.P Construction & Asphalts in year 2003 and settling with Asphalts & Infra Services after about a decade. Today, S.M.L.P Construction & Asphalts is one of the leading Infra Services Companies in Karnataka with projects over 15 acres for layout Development & over 5kms for Asphalting at various stages of execution. Having already delivered 50 acres of layout Development and 30 kms of Asphalting, with highest client Satisfaction index. S.M.L.P Construction & Asphalts utilized closely held yet professionally managed company run by an experienced group of people.

Mr. B B Umesha is a passionate hard worker and one among few business men who care to hundreds of underprivileged children of laborers by providing monetary help to education, nutrition, clothing and medical care in an endeavor to make them better citizens. He spends nearly 2% of his profit for the above purpose.
